Deteriorated sections of the existing structure were replaced after jacking and leveling. Every aspect of the structure is brought up to current building code requirements. Windows will be added next.
Deficient framing is replaced with structurally sound members. A new garage bay is born.
Structural Steel was added ti the first floor livingroom ceiling after the first floor was leveled. This caused the second floor to be very level, and allowed the livingroom to have a clear span width of 24 feet! Nice open area.

Ceilings were raised up 16 inches in the front bedroom to allow for expansive palladian glass, and to compliment the multiple ceiling lines of the dormers.
